Please select the type of study when sending the paper.

In the oral presentations, the authors present abbreviated versions of their works, after which criticism and comments are made by the audience and the session chairs. There are four or five studies in the sessions, there is a 10-minute presentation and a 5-minute question-answer part.

During the poster sessions, a graphical representation of the study is hung in appropriate places during the 90-minute session. The poster owners answer the questions received during this time.

Rules for Writing Oral Papers and Posters

The language of the Congress is Turkish.

The abstract of the paper to be presented at the congress should be between 250-500 words. Dec.

The abstract should include the purpose, method, findings and conclusion related to the study (for completed studies).

If the source was used in the abstract, the bibliography should be added by adhering to the word limit

At least 3 and no more than 5 keywords belonging to the study should be given.

Abstracts of the study will be made from the Send Paper link.

The corrections of the accepted papers will be made by the author(s) and no corrections will be made by the Congress Committees in the corrected versions uploaded to the system. Authors are responsible for spelling and meaning errors.

Poster Presentation Rules

Each poster will be numbered sequentially according to its session. Participants will hang their poster presentations by finding the boards reserved for them within the specified hours. Poster owners will be present at the beginning of their posters during the time and hours specified in the program and will provide information about their work.

At the end of the poster session, the posters will be removed by the participants. Posters that have not been removed at the end of the session will be removed by the staff. The Congress Committee is not responsible for posters that have not been removed.
